Bob's Red Mill
Bob's Red Mill is located in Milwaukie, OR just outside of Portland. During the week they offer free tours at their mill at 10 AM.
Here they have a table set up with many of their products. You can touch each one and ask questions about what they are.
The tour was very interesting and the kids and I learned a lot.
At the end of the tour everyone got free samples and a small gift. Kids got the chance to share one thing they learned and in return they got a token for a cookie at Bob's Red Mill Cafe.
After the tour we headed down the street to the Bob's Red Mill visitor's center.
The food was organic and delicious. The cookies were huge.
This is a kids meal. A huge portion and $2.99.
Also at the visitor's center is a small store where you can find all of Bob's Red Mill products as well as other organic products.
