Yacht Club at Disney World
The Yacht Club at Disney World is in a prime location along the Boardwalk and just a short walk from Epcot. Here you will find rooms that can accommodate families of five and a 3 acre water park.We loved staying here for multiple reasons, but the number one had to be the killer location. The Boardwalk is an awesome place to hang out and it's even more fun to stay right there. I think from now on we will always stay in one of the hotels along the Boardwalk. Our room was nice and we had plenty of room. There was nothing particularly striking about the room we stayed in.
The best part of staying at a Disney Resort is the extra magic hours at the theme parks. It's nice to only be in the parks with other Disney hotel guests. The lines are much shorter and for the most part there are no lines.

The second best part of staying at this particular resort is the pool. There's multiple pools, a lazy river, a large body slide coming off of a pirate ship, a beach, and more. You could just stay at this hotel and skip doing the theme parks if you wanted to. The pool will keep your kids busy all day.Yacht Club Resort Room Photos
We had a regular room with two beds. Our room was nice, but I would rather have had a room with the couch. Since we did not get a room with a couch the resort provided a roll-out bed. ![Yacht Club at Disney World Yacht Club at Disney World](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh2pmldIEXAzbKRRDEQVGR8sUDR1coQNPDdXrfT1RLG0LThvFqgeSP3_Q_UeH33qP-pHLyKCbsdRWUnUpCrcn9ao0BF7mmt56qCLKivgY0qCNc4OiEoPztCGUiy3aHWWWD4BWZBkN-H9SQ/s280/100_1681.JPG)
We almost had a view. I did not even think about asking for a room with a view. Next time I'll ask.
Disclosure: My room was provided by Disney while I attended a TravelingMom conference at this resort.
