Brodie Castle in Northern Scotland

Brodie Castle can be found off the highway between the town of Elgin and Inverness in northern Scotland. This is a stunning castle. They have a no photos policy, so I only got a few when no one was around. For 9 pounds I got a one hour tour. She showed us around the entire house, which was lived in until the 1970's. She gave us a detailed history of the Brodie family and educated us in Scotish art.

The Sir Walter Scott monument in Edinburgh, Scotland on Princes street. It cost just 3 pounds to go up inside, but be sure to get there in time. They close early.

Childrens Museum of the Desert - Palm Springs

Children's museum of the Desert is near Palm Springs, California. There are tons of activities for kids here.

It's a fantastic museum. My 4 year old loved it!  We spent 3 hours there and he still did not want to leave.




Yes, he's painting a real car!
