Museum of Natural History in NYC

The Museum of Natural History in NYC has tons of dinosaurs skelatons, plus lots of other interesting stuff. For my kids ages the dinosaurs and stuffed animals were the most interesting part. We were able to get in free by using the Blue Star Museum initiative for military families. Always remember when taking children to a museu to keep the expectations low. I knew going in we would only be there two hours at the most and we didn't quite make it. This should factor in when deciding if an activity is worth the cost.

Spiderman on Broadway

Spiderman: Turn off the Dark in NYC was awesome. I was worried that it would be the same old story line, but it wasn't. The stage effects were incredible and the music really stood out. I could tell that U2's Bono had a hand in it.

It's a great show to take the kids to. The show was able to hold my five year olds attention through the entire show, even though at times it was slow paced.

I personally think the best seats in the theater are in the balcony row A near the aisles. Spiderman ran through the aisles of the balcony multiple times.

We bought our tickets in advance but got a pretty good rate using PlayBill.com. The show was almost sold out on a Wednesday at the matinee.
